CEO David Leyshon Comments are full of positivity and good news all round...

   Our trading is solid and we are delivering on budget without no major changes. We are keeping our teams motivated and inspiring all to do well. There is a lot of good stuff going on and we are gearing up for the 100% club winners trip to Ibiza; there is still time for you to get your seat on the plane so keep your eyes on the prize. Our culture here at CBSbutler allows us to reward outstanding achievements, everyone has the opportunity to excel and be rewarded for their hard work.

"With an excellent and outstanding performance in Q2 we are glad to announce that we have big margins and juicy perm fees, so we still have time for the big hitters. The outlook is strong across all our core markets and an increase in Perm fees in Q2 means that our contract deal values are increasing, particularly in automation and life sciences.

With robust contract revenues, combined with a significant improvement in debtor days, this has resulted in the best ever cash position."

David Leyshon was in good spirits throughout our conversation on the performance levels at CBSbutler, he stressed how delighted he was with the quality of new hires into the business in both front and back office. "Attracting strong talent will enable us to enjoy a higher level of performance which will ultimately give us greater workforce stability".

All this has been combined with major improvements with training capabilities and leadership development, which will ensure that teams are significantly strengthened entering the second half of 2017.
