CBSbutler launches new Recruitment Apprenticeships

CBSbutler team up with Learndirect to launch UK's first Recruitment Apprenticeship Programme.

CBSbutler has partnered up with learndirect, the UK’s largest provider of online skills and qualifications, to help develop a pioneering apprenticeship programme specifically tailored to the recruitment industry.

Targeted at non graduates, the £200million government backed initiative looks to create more than 20,000 national apprenticeship opportunities by the end of 2015.
 


Developed by industry experts, in partnership with the REC and learndirect, the flagship training scheme aims to deliver all the relevant training, skills and qualifications needed to forge a successful career as a Talent Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant.

11 consultants from CBSbutler have volunteered to take part in the pilot programme, with tailored training modules and individual staff progression routes having been mapped out for each, dependant on their level of experience.

Upon completion of the course, all qualifications achieved are nationally recognised and endorsed by the REC, with participant consultants ultimately working towards a their NVQ technical certification; the CertRP
