The Solutions Consultant would be working for a company who are leading specialists in the provisions of Healthcare Technology Management. As a leader provider within this field, their business includes delivering medical engineering and managed equipment services as well as manufacturing medical capital equipment.

The Solutions Consultant would be delivering bespoke solutions to Hospitals and the Healthcare sector, building strong relationships with their existing customers to deliver the highest level of customer service predominantly working with endoscopy, EBME and biomedical services.

The role of a Solutions Consultant would require a more Account Management approach to sales, delivering a consultative approach to their sales force. The role would be providing Asset management, Procurement, Training, Maintenance and Governance solutions in the area of medical device management throughout 300 hospitals. A key part to this role would therefore include establishing customer needs and selling into those needs whilst dealing with challenges and working alongside customers closely as part of a team.

The two roles available include 1 based within the South West and 1 role based in London and Kent.

Both roles have on offer a base salary of £45,000 with a potential bonus of £12,000. They also offer car/car allowance, pension, phone and laptop, holidays and more!

The successful Solutions Consultant will have the following:

  • Experience building and maintaining excellent customer relationships within the NHS

  • A self-motivated attitude and a desire and willingness to work within a customer facing sales role

  • Team worker skills

  • A full UK driving licence

As a medical technician you will work within Harlow servicing, maintaining, fault finding and repairing a wide range of low-high risk medical equipment including operating tables, patient monitors, infusion devices, anaesthetic machines, ventilators etc. to name but a few.
