Role: 2nd Line Systems Administrator

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum + benefits package

Location: Onsite in Basingstoke

Security Clearance is required for this role.

You will be a confident Support Engineer with experience working at a 1st / 2nd Line level in a similar role. Experience with windows servers and virtualisation is required for this role.

The role will involve assisting a high profile user community and having direct contact with customers and stakeholders. You will be involved in monitoring the system, triage and escalation.

Essential experience required for the 2nd Line System Administrator role;

+ Windows servers

+ Virtualisation - VMWare / HyperV

+ Support experience
