I joined CBSbutler back in 2012, as an Administration Assistant, I grew within my team, learnt about the business, the recruitment process and along the way build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
I wanted to utilities these skills and knew CBSbutler would be able to help me get where I needed to be, I then made the jump onto the Salesfloor and have been working within the Defence IT team since 2015!
I recruit into a wide range of DV and SC Cleared roles in the IT, Technology and Defence industries, with a network of contacts and clients in this area, my main aim is to continue offering a wealth of opportunities to job seekers and exceptional service to new and existing clients.
My main responsibilities include resourcing for the highest calibre of candidates in the marketplace for new and upcoming opportunities and manage their career expectations through contingency permanent and contract recruitment, and business development.
