I am the Divisional Manager of CBSbutler’s Built Environment team in Redhill. Sitting on both the CBSbutler management team and the wider Staffing 360 Solutions UK Leadership team, I am an experienced recruitment professional with over 15 years’ experience at CBSbutler within the engineering and technical sectors.

I have a strong track record in identifying, winning and delivering against new business opportunities, coupled with continued account management and service delivery within established clients, I've successfully built a specialist desk in the BMS Controls sector from the ground up rapidly becoming one of the leading staffing and recruitment suppliers to this niche market in the UK, making CBSbutler one of the go-to staffing solutions providers.

I am well versed in the full life-cycle recruitment services, delivery and management of sub-contract labour supply, permanent staffing solutions and retained search delivery across White and Blue collar roles.

Clients across the BMS Controls market include specialist BMS divisions of large global organisations such as Eon, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Engie and SSE as well as a large number of reputable and highly specialist Building Controls systems integrators across the UK.

I have supported the delivery of many iconic major commercial, sporting and healthcare projects with key current projects including Crossrail, 100 Bishopsgate, Tottenham Hotspur FC, 52 Lime Street (Scalpel), with prior prestige projects to include Wembley Stadium, NOMA Manchester, St Bartholomew’s Hospital, The Shard, Victoria Circle, Stoke Hospital, Addenbrookes Laboratory of Molecular Biology, 122 Leadenhall (Cheesegrater), 20 Fenchurch (Walkie Talkie), Westfield Stratford, Heathrow Terminals 5, 2a & 2b, Dubai Metro and many more.

Across my wider team, they have been responsible for filling contract and permanent positions across construction design and management consultancy, M&E building services, interiors fit-out, facilities management, fire, security, refrigeration, and air-conditioning.
