Medical Secretary/Summariser

A Medical Secretary/Summariser is required to work for our client who are a service provider to a number of GP Practices in the Buckinghamshire county ensuring excellent patient service levels at all times.

Responsibilities of Receptionist:

+ Accurately code/summarise patients records as diagnosed by the GP

+ ensure accurate scanning and filing of notes

+ Liaise with GPs where clarity is required within the notes

+ Provide additional administration duties as and when required.

Experience of Receptionist:

+ Previous medical summarising experience is required

+ Clinical coding knowledge highly desirable

+ Customer service experience would be helpful

+ Polite telephone manner

+ Professionalism to handle patient sensitive and confidential information

+ Confident user of patient administration systems

This is initially offered as a 1 month contract to the end of March with a likely extension.

A leading Aerospace and Defence company are looking for a Senior Project Planner to be responsible for practical programme planning of several Platform project schedules in Microsoft Project, supporting the IPT Project Manager in managing and understanding changes, progress, risks and opportunities.

Key responsibilities -

+ Working for and as part of the IPT to identify, interrogate, analyse and control cost and schedule variance, risk and opportunity.

+ Management and accurate maintenance and of detailed Microsoft Project Schedules for the IPT, ensuring timely updates and communication to all IPT members

+ Maintenance of the agreed dataset needed to drive the SAP integrated project plan using agreed milestone outputs from the detailed Microsoft Project Schedules.

+ Prepare & analyse data required to support the Project Manager in performance measurement reviews (Earned Value, Critical Path).
