The interview process can often vary drastically from job to job. Interviews can be as simple as a brief 10 minute telephone conversation, or equally a multiple stage interview process. Usually the more desirable the opportunity the harder and more convoluted it is to secure.
After the initial application process,
some employers choose to conduct an initial telephone interview to gauge suitability and interest. Others are keen to get candidates to
take a test, prepare a case study or even a presentation before committing to an official "face-to-face" interview.
