Our client in Bracknell is looking for a Server Support Engineer to join their team and be responsible for dealing with 3rd line queries and requests.
You will control everything to the Service Desk, 1st-4th technical queries. You will cover end to end service, supporting issues, supporting the service desk and covering

You will help assist the dev ops team with their projects and assist with 3rd line requests and provide support across different workstreams.
Technical 3rd line support and troubleshooting skills - Vmware, Windows Servers, Active Directory, Remote Desktop Servers.
Experience in Enterprise Management suite (SCCM, SCOM)
Hands-on experience of supporting, monitoring, managing & securing in corporate environments
Experience of administrating Active Directory services, including DNS, DHCP and Group Policy in corporate environments.
The role will involve:
Raising/supporting technical escalations from the customer through the use of the service desk to ultimate resolution from a 1st and 2nd line perspective, escalating to 3rd line when applicable.
Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a small team, sharing knowledge and formally documenting these when applicable.
The individual should also be able to work independently to fault find/manage their workload accordingly
Resolving incidents in a polite and timely manner against challenging KPIs/SLAs
