2nd Line Support Engineer

Salary: C. £30,000-35,000 per annum

Benefits: Sharing success bonus, 10% monthly bonus if DV clearance is held, progressions and certification opportunities, 10% employer pension contribution

Role: 2nd Line Support Engineer

SC Clearance Required for this 2nd Line Support Engineer role, DV clearance will be required as the role progresses

Essential Skills for this 2nd Line Support Engineer role;

• Windows Server 2019
• Active Directory and Group Policy (DHCP / DNS)
• Virtualisation - VMWare
• SCCM
• EndPoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
• McAfee

Desirable Skills

• MS Exchange 2019
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x & 8.x
• MS Exchange 2019

Experience Required

You will be confident in Windows and ideally you will have previously worked in a Infrastructure service desk environment within the defence and IT industry. Exposure to a role offering IT customer support would be beneficial to ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is met.
