Clearance: not essential, but you must be able to obtain SC clearance
Shifts: You will be working either 4 day shifts or 4 night shifts, followed by 4 days off
Nights: 19:00hrs-06:35hrs or 19:25-07:00hrs)
Days: (at 07:00hrs-18:35hrs, or 07:25hrs-19:00hrs)
We are working with a market leading company looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join their team in Basingstoke. Please see skillset and experience requirements below:
You will have the following experience:
Managing/leading a service desk team
Base understanding of SCOM 2019
Base understanding of SCCM Version 1910
Good understanding of VMware ESX and vCentre
Anti-Virus management and reporting
Your responsibilities will include the following:
Performance Management: Service Management, Performance/People Management
Event Management: Monitor Notifications and Events generated by automated systems and act as required when particular events/notifications occur.
Problem Management: Will manage, monitor and resolve Problems in accordance with agreed SLA's
Patch Deployment: Deployment of monthly security patches to Microsoft server environments using the Microsoft SCCM toolset.
