2nd line support

Bracknell

Perm full-time - Shift work ( 4 days on, 4 days off- 12 hr shift)

Salary DOE - shift allowance

Role:

The Long Term duties of this role will be to provide direct technical support for all of the companies

Services as part of the 2nd Line Team and assist in the day to day operations and duties of the SD-

WAN Service NOC. It is expected that direct customer support will not be an integral part of this role,

but there could be requirements where the SD-WAN 2nd Line Support Engineer will work remotely on

the customer premises as required.

However for an initial period and as part of the development for the individual to prepare to support the

deployed solution.

Skills:

· VIPTELA experience - highly beneficial (nice to have)

· SC extremely desirable

· SD WAN 24/7 shift pattern 4 on 4 off

· 7am-7pm or 8am-8pm

· Offfice based role
