Wintel/ Microsoft Servers 2012 / Sharepoint 2013/ Powershell / SQL

Be part of a very complex and rewarding environment on an IT site that offers cutting edge technologies. The 3rd line team have experience that covers hardware and software support for an established and secure client. Now expanding the team, we are seeking previous 3rd line experience to include Wintel engineers to cover day to day activities, monthly tasks and provide support.

The role:

  • Administration of support queues - Incident and workload management

  • Progress incidents and problems to their conclusion

  • Report anomalies and escalate issues to Team Leader

  • Provide third-line support to site teams and projects

  • Writing, reviewing and maintaining processes and procedures

  • Support issues and incident requests

  • Deliver solutions confidentially

  • Take ownership of tickets, escalate to the relevant groups

Skills required:

  • Wintel

  • Microsoft server

  • Design, management and troubleshooting (SCCM, SCOM)

  • SQL

  • Sharepoint 2013+

  • Exchange 2013

  • Lync / Skype

  • PowerShell or Scripting, not essential
