3rd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer

Salary: C. £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Benefits: Sharing success bonus, 10% monthly bonus if DV clearance is held, progressions and certification opportunities, 10% employer pension contribution

Experience Required

You will be skilled in providing technical support across multiple BAU activities. Ideally you will have previously worked across multiple accounts within a large support team managing secure IT solutions, IT infrastructures, application hosting and maintenance. Exposure to system configuration changes and upgrading solutions would be really beneficial for this role, as we aim to provide effective third line service to high levels of customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills

• Active Directory (DHCP / DNS / GPO)
• VMWare ESXi 6.5 and 7
• Configuration, Management and tuning of Microsoft System Centre (SCOM, SCCM, SCSM, SCVM)
• Microsoft Exchange
• SC Clearance required

Desirable Skills

• HPE Blade Chassis, Blade Servers and Rack Servers
• Hyper V Host Cluster/ Guest VMs
• Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
