3rd Line Onsite Support Engineer

Salary: £500-600 per day

Location: 5 days onsite in Northwood, London

DV Clearance Required for this role

Essential Skills

• VMWare ESXi & vSphere (5.1)
• Unix experience (Solaris 8 & 10)
• DV Clearance required

Desirable Skills

• Be able to run basic CISCO commands and have a base understanding of the configuration
• Firewall awareness (mainly Fortigate and McAfee Sidewinder 8. Also Cisco ASA knowledge)

Experience Required

You will be a skilled 3rd Line Support Engineer. Ideally you will have previously worked with VMWare within the IT defence industry. Experience working alongside multiple support teams whilst implementing change requests raised by the customer is beneficial to ensure smooth running of the operation.
