3rd Line Onsite Support Engineer

Salary: £500-600 per day

Location: 5 days onsite in Northwood, London

DV Clearance Required for this role

Role: 3rd Line On Site Support Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer / 3rd Line Support

Essential skills for 3rd Line On Site Support role;

• VMWare ESXi & vSphere (5.1)
• Unix experience (Solaris 8 & 10)
• DV Clearance required

Desirable skills for 3rd Line On Site Support role;

• Be able to run basic CISCO commands and have a base understanding of the configuration
• Firewall awareness (mainly Fortigate and McAfee Sidewinder 8. Also Cisco ASA knowledge)

Experience required for 3rd Line On Site Support role;

You will be a skilled 3rd Line On Site Support Engineer. Ideally you will have previously worked with VMWare within the IT defence industry. Experience working alongside multiple support teams whilst implementing change requests raised by the customer is beneficial to ensure smooth running of the operation.
