Must currently hold live SC Clearance.

The Application Support Specialist will be part of the WAN Network Operations Centre team. This post will manage and control, the various aspects and components of the Cyber Access Services suite of applications. Reporting any weaknesses and putting forward continuous service improvements that could be introduced into the service. The Application 3rd Line Specialist will also be expected to pass their knowledge onto more junior members of the SNOC team and act as the bridge between teams.
Mandatory Skills Required:
Experience to 3rd or 4th line SME for the Management and maintenance of the overall solution.
Network Services: SSH (General configuration and WAN network understanding)
General Understanding of IPS & IDS
General understanding of Endace probes
Well-developed communication and consulting skills.
Desirable Skills Required:
Any relevant qualifications in relation to the technologies listed above.
Product knowledge in Endace.
Experience of liaison with Project Teams.
Experience working within the MOD environment.
Well aware of Fujitsu Services capabilities and technologies which are relevant to own business area.
Customer and business orientation.
