Role: 3rd Line Support Technician

Salary: c. £30,000 - 40,000 per annum

Benefits: Sharing in success bonus and 10% DV bonus

Location: Fareham, Hampshire

Experience required:

You will be confident in providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to customers and partners. Ideally you will have previously worked with Virtualisation software within the defence industry. McAfee and SCCM/ SCOM Malware exposure would be really beneficial for this role to ensure you are able to fulfil the role obligations.
