This role shall provide Infrastructure and Core Application support on-site and remotely to deployed sites (PoPs/Nodes) across all domains.

The individual will be responsible for the day to day management of escalated incidents adhering to contractural KPI's and SLA's for resolution. Provide technical input and impacting of Service and Change Requests, Problem Management and Configuration Management. Support to the Customer for Projects, Trials, Operations and Exercises, both remotely and occasionally at Site.

Solaris 10

UNIX / HP-UX

Microsoft Server 2003 / 2008 R2 / 2012 R2 / Windows 7

VMWare V5 / V5.5

Desirable Skills (some of):

Microsoft Exchange 2003

Oracle 8-10G

Knowledge of PERL Scripting

Knowledge of Powershell
