Your role will involve providing operational support to enterprise environments. You will be supporting two world-wide network distributed systems and various security support systems implementing change requests raised by the customer whilst working alongside multiple support teams, CISO engineers, Firewall Engineers, Messaging SME, our embedded external engineers.

Day-to-day activities will include:

• Provide operational support to enterprise environments.

• Reviewing and implementing change requests onto the two enterprise systems.

• Working alongside multiple support teams and SME's.
