Accounts Assistant

If you are an experience Accounts Assistant with excellent SAP experience as well as having worked within the construction or building sector, then this may well be the new and exciting career opportunity you will want to know about.

Our client is a worldwide leading contract in the engineering, project management, manufacturing and installation of architectural envelopes and interior systems. The are infamous for some of the most iconic high-rise buildings throughout the world and are present in four continents with a network of 50 companies in 30 countries. As an Accounts Assistant you will help with their annual turnover of €1.5 billion in ensuring the accurate processing of invoices, payments, remittance and supplier queries.

Experience of Accounts Assistant:

  • Substantial experience as an Accounts Assistant with the Construction, Building, Quantity Surveying sector

  • Multi currencies experience

  • Strong Excel

  • SAP - intermediate

  • Analytical by nature with a strong willingness to learn

  • Superb oral and written skills

  • High attention to detail

Responsibilities of Accounts Assistant:

  • Checking emails for invoices, supplier statement and queries

  • Checking invoices against orders, ensuring correct cost and project coding

  • Sending invoices for approvals to QS/PM/Procurement

  • Posting invoices on the Ap ledger after approval

  • Entering payments on SAP

  • Issuing payment remittance advise to suppliers

  • Reconciling suppliers statements
