Accounts Assistant (Construction Sector)
This is a permanent role working for a large, international construction business based in the City of London. Reporting to a Management Accountant your main duties will include posting, processing and checking invoices and expenses on SAP. In addition to the numerous data entry and posting on SAP your will also be supporting accrual preparation and working with the Accounts payable team to prepare month and year end accounts.
You will need to have experience multi-currency and ideally have worked within the construction sector previously. Other key skills for the role include;
- SAP experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Analytical and Accurate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
This is a really busy department and the successful candidate will need to have the drive and willingness to work on their own and as a team to hit the accounting deadlines with considerable attention to detail.
