An experience administrator is required by our client who provide a range of services for children with a range of learning difficulties and challenging behaviour at their project based in Stoke. Based in their office, you will work 25 hours per week, rotating early's 9-2pm and late's 12-5pm on an alternate weekly basis. You should be competent with Microsoft Excel.
Duties of Administrator:
+ Provide a range of administrative duties and front of house services utilising organisation policies, procedures and digital systems
+ Organise business meetings, including location, participants, technology, refreshments, minuting and progress chasing agenda items and follow up actions
+ Undertake desktop research on behalf of colleagues and management
+ Produce presentations, written and financial reports for management, including formatting of information and data
+ Maintain and support the development of management information systems to enable the extraction, tracking and presentation of accurate data
+ Contribute to income and expenditure reporting, referring to budget and financial reports using the corporate systems and relevant databases
Experience of Administrator:
+ Business administration S/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification or work experience
+ Confident user of Microsoft Excel to extract financial information
+ Experience of using PC's on a business network running MS Windows and Office, along with email and internet and specific business applications i.e finance
+ Able to provide a confidential, professional service and to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role
+ Proven track record of liaising with senior external stakeholders to co-ordinate key activities
+ Great attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes and demonstrate good practice to others
This role is based within a children's centre and may be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
