Target Rate: £600 a day

IR35 Determination: Inside IR35

Location: Remote with some meetings in Vristol

Duration: 3 Months initially + extensions

Agile Delivery Manager: You will use your Scaled Agile experience in order to directly assista government agency to enhance one of their internal projects. As a Delivery Manager you will be required to provide management and support specifically related to application development projects involving Client directors and programme managers, Business Users and technical delivery teams.

Responsibilities will include

• managing, identifying, capturing and analysing user needs to drive deliverables;

• support functional spec and user story creation;

• supporting stakeholder management activities by effectively translating and accurately communicating to technical and non-technical stakeholders of all levels;

• support delivery against the roadmap to meet the objectives for the projects in an Agile environment.

Mandatory requirements:

• Scaled Agile/Scrum Project Management Experience

• Project planning, scheduling, collated metrics and project reporting

• Supporting the creation of well-formed backlogs

• Supporting the client and product owners

• Supporting the Scrum masters and delivery squads in delivering of features.

• Experience using Agile methodologies and use tracking tools such as Jira to track and groom the product backlog.

Desirable:

• Experience of large, complex programmes

• Experience of Smart Sheets for scaled agile delivery management

• Experience of Atlassian Jira/Confluence and associated plugins

• SAFe certified
