Agile Product Managers x 2

+ 9 month initial contract roles

+ Remote based with some travel to the West Midlands

+ £520 to £590 per day - Outside of IR35

+ Automation Products, AI, Data Lakes

The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business by defining product roadmaps and providing market analysis.

Agile Product Manager:

+ SAFe trained/qualified

+ Remote based with some travel to Warwick or Solihull for customer meetings

+ Requires excellent business and stakeholder management, good technical understanding of Automation Products, AI, Data Lakes, Applications

+ Working in an Agile Release Train (AT) to collate business goals and collaborate with ART team members to deliver required products/solutions

+ Work with IT to ensure solutions/products are deployed and supported

Key responsibilities of the Product Manager

  • Increase understanding of customers through good quality user research and validation.

  • Market analysis and product fit, with appropriate use of user testing and observation that is designed to produce decisive insights.

  • Responsibility for the product roadmap - working with the directors to define product vision and ongoing prioritization, and communication to the company.

  • Management of the work backlog: ensuring documentation, requirements and stories are written adequately and are focused on the user outcome, rather than output, and driven by hypothesis.

  • Structuring development to balance risk, cost, and opportunity.

  • Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and the engineering team to co-ordinate: solution design; prototyping; fulfilment breakdown and phasing; acceptance criteria, testing and release procedure.

  • Management of external integrations with partners - through APIs, data exchange, and extranets.

  • Ensure that we are defining and measuring relevant key performance indicators, such that information can be extracted from data in an honest and unbiased way and used for decision making with integrity.
