Our client in Portsmouth is looking for an Application Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role:

  • Administration of support queues - Incident and workload management

  • Progress incidents and problems to their conclusion

  • Report anomalies and escalate issues to Team Leader

  • Provide third-line support to site teams and projects

  • Writing, reviewing and maintaining processes and procedures

  • Support issues and incident requests

  • Deliver solutions confidentially

  • Take ownership of tickets, escalate to the relevant groups

Skills required

  • Exchange 2013

  • Sharpeoint

  • SCCM

  • Microsoft identity manager

  • Skype instant messaging
