Key Responsibility Areas

The successful candidate will:

* Provide Microsoft SQL Server expertise for the Service team
* Independently analyse, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end
* Interact with customer/clients on a regular basis

* Support test activities on the systems
* Provide 24x7 support (on-call shift basis) for critical production systems
* Progress Problems logged with the service desk
