Applications Integration Engineer

+ 9-10 month initial project

+ Outside IR35

+ Majority of work will take place onsite in Wiltshire

+ DV Cleared role

+ £500 to £550 per day

The Role:

+ Transference and migration to the future hosting environment

+ Updating and upgrading applications to latest versions on new infrastructure. + Analysing user needs and requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

+ Directing software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation

+ Liaising with Test Manager/analyst

+ Liaising with other Teams to gather information on project dependencies and capabilities, performance requirements and interactions

+ Coordinating software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met

+ Obtain and evaluate relevant information to determine hardware configuration

+Know what the data platform of the future looks like and know how it interacts with existing systems legacy architecture.

Essential requirements


Modern Database Management (ORACLE, SQL, PLSQL), System Building, Web Application Technologies (PHP, ASP.Net, JavaScript, HTML) Application coherence and directory integration. (SSO, SAML)

COTS and Open Source package integration

Postgres, Linux

PKI Experience

Developing Policy and security designs for connected service

Experience architecting fully integrated Microsoft-stack solutions


Skilled with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Office, Teams, and Viva

Expertise building and managing Azure tenants, including; designing and building enterprise cloud frameworks (CAF/WAF) engineering cloud apps, landing zones, and virtual networks

Working to an Agile methodology and familiarity with Azure DevOps

Skilled in Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
