Within this position you will:

+ Supervise and monitor a team of operators, ensuring that output/production targets are achieved as well as measuring team performance

+ Ensure that all relevant Health & Safety requirements are adhered to within the work place including conducting risk assessments

+ Ensure the smooth running of the production schedule, driving continuous improvement

+ Develop and support the lean manufacturing process within the company

To be suitable for this supervisor role you may well have the following:

+ HNC / HND Engineering related disciple or apprenticeship

+ Experience working in a manufacturing environment

+ Experience managing people - 20+ assemblers - KPIs, Appraisals, Upskilling etc

+ Strong H&S experience - Risk Assessments etc

You will be required to undergo security clearance in this position.
