Assistant Project Manager

Our client, a Defence design and manufacturing company based in Surrey are currently recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager to join them due to continued growth of the business. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key part in delivering technically challenging, large and complex projects and would probably suit someone looking to take the next step in their career.

Your main duties:

  • Full project lifecycle activities

  • Support the Senior Project Manager with status reports

  • Attend customer meetings

  • Meet schedule and budget requirements

  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders

  • Manage project timescales

  • Deputise for the Senior Project Manager as and when required

  • Adjust and manage any project changes

You must have:

  • An Engineering degree or PM certification

  • Excellent communication / people management skills

  • SC clearance or be able to obtain clearance
