A highly reputable medical engineering business is seeking a Biomedical Engineer to focus on data analytics within the Technical Support department.

The role - Biomedical Engineer (Data Analytics)

  • Carry out data analysis of the CMMS and RFI systems.

  • Collect data/information to provide to operations/management to support informing them when making business decisions.

  • Occasional hands-on medical equipment repair requirement at customer sites

  • Attend customer sites providing training for CMMS and audits, and production of training material.

  • Ensure efficient preparation ahead of audits e.g., ensuring database is compliant, users know the pathways etc.

Experience required - Biomedical Engineer (Data Analytics)

  • Previous experience working in hands-on biomedical/medical engineering capacity

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Ideally some programming experience (this could be as a hobby or in a professional environment) e.g., setting up websites, coding an app etc. SQL, Visual Basic, Python, C++, C, C#, HTML, etc.
