Job Title: BMS Sales Manager
40 hours per week
Based in London/South East
Our client are a Building Controls specialist looking for a BMS Sales Manager to join their team, due to planned growth and expansion they are seeking an experienced BMS Sales Manager with extensive knowledge of the Building Controls industry to push the business forward. Covering London and the South East, you will be tasked with securing additional orders from existing clients but a strong emphasis will be placed on expanding the current client base and securing new business.
BMS Sales Manager key roles and responsibilities:
Demonstrate excellent sales ability by generating and expanding new and current business.
Ensure all the customers technical standards and specifications are met and explained without complication.
Producing solutions where red flags appear.
Be able to overcome objections as and when they appear without hesitation.
Quoting BMS projects and showing the technical ability to explain in detail to the customer why this is required.
New business growth will be very important.
Attend internal meetings as required and support manufacturing teams to ensure system manufacturing is successful.
Possess the ability to empathise with clients & have excellent problem solving skills in order to earn their trust.
Strengthen current relationships with suppliers.
BMS Sales Manager will need the following essential skills and experience:
A professional and assertive telephone manner demonstrating confidence.
Excellent customer service skills.
Fluent with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Extensive BMS background knowledge will be very important.
Ability to be a team player and have a flexible approach to prioritising workload.
Able to work on own initiative as well as having the ability to work well in a team.
