Would you like to work in a key role which supports the successful delivery and benefits realisation for IT and Business Transformation projects?

This role will provide you with the opportunity to provide early stage and full lifecycle consultancy to senior business and project stakeholders in order to help shape projects, establish feasibility and see them through to delivery.

This includes identification of project stakeholders, supporting definition of project scope and objectives and assessing business needs to embed and ensure success.

You will be Performing BC/BA duties on medium / large sized projects, and/or support work-packages on a larger project or programme.

Your main responsibilities as a Business Change Analyst will involve:

Business Change

  • Working with the Project Manager in identifying project stakeholders

  • Establish and maintain strong stakeholder (internal and external) relationships maintaining regular dialogue and managing expectations.

  • Lead and support Business Groups in carrying out Impact Assessments.

  • Proactively identify the risk arising from the change activities and ensure they are properly managed within the programme context.

  • Monitor and report the Programme business change performance and ensure business change delivery elements are incorporated into the integrated programme schedule.

Business Analysis

  • Collecting, analysing, and gaining approval for critical success factors and business requirements.

  • Planning and leading workshops with stakeholders at all levels for requirements and business process capture and documentation.

  • Identifying the impacts of change, verifying readiness, and preparing stakeholders to embed change.

  • Developing and managing system requirements (functional and non-functional) throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Being responsible for ensuring change control and change management procedures are followed within the project team as they relate to requirements.

Your skills and qualifications:


  • Have strong experience of eliciting and documenting requirements for technical projects, including leading workshops for requirements and business process capture.

  • Have demonstrable experience of working within a structured and well governed IT Project environment.

  • Have demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes.

  • Have proven experience interacting directly with end users and technical project stakeholders as well as senior stakeholders.

  • Have demonstrable evidence to effectively lead and deliver Business Change Management tasks of medium to high complexity and provide guidance in those areas.


  • Recognised Business Change and Business Analysis qualifications such as APM Change Management, BCS BA Diploma, IIBA, AgileBA.

  • Have demonstrable evidence of driving & delivering business change.
