Target Rate: £675 a day
IR35 Determination: Inside IR35
Clearance Level: SC Cleared minimum
Location: hybrid working model with site based in London
Duration: 6 Months initially

Business Change Manager: You will join a leading IT consultancy and work within one of their key clients. The role will see you engage with the emerging customer programme management and support team to be fully accountable for scoping, planning, delivery and tracking of the programme change management. Ensuring change is effectively delivered at the required pace, to the appropriate standards and delivery of the required change to the customer.

+++ Please note that this is an SC Cleared role +++

Remote working with expectation of travel to site (London) once a week depending on government COVID19 restrictions

Your skills and experience:
+ Proven track record of delivering business change activity
+ Application of project and business change management principles/methodologies
+ Excellent leadership skills across virtual / matrix managed teams
+ Previous demonstrable experience business change / user migration strategy creation and end-user adoption through the implementation of windows 10 and Office 365 products
+ Defence/Government sector experience
