Call Centre Agent

Initial 6 month FTC (likelihood of becoming perm)

Based in Derby

£20,400 per annum + benefits!

An exciting opportunity to join a highly reputable specialist manufacturer of medical equipment based in Castle Donington, Derby who are looking for a Call Centre Agent to join their busy team!

In this role you will act as 1st line support to customer queries, ensuring consistent levels of customer service, responding to inbound calls, as well as taking on some light administrative tasks such as ensuring key information us up to date.

Areas of Responsibility of a Call Centre Agent:

  • Providing 1st line support, responding to inbound calls from hospitals/trust who are looking to request or cancel jobs and customer queries

  • Maintaining outstanding levels of customer service

  • Responding to and directing or escalating calls to the necessary team where required

  • Carrying out light administrative tasks, such as updating key information on the internal systems

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Previous customer service and/or call centre experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including MS Excel spreadsheets

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A professional telephone manner
