Compliance Engineer
£35-45,000 plus benefits.

A leading British manufacturer and supplier of medical devices is now seeking a Compliance Engineer or Regulatory Engineer to join their Product Development and Engineering team.
This new Compliance and Regulatory Engineer role has come about due to a recent change in medical regulations and the consequential increase in business demands through the need to ensure all established legacy devices and new products are compliant to these new standards and regulations.
Your duties and responsibilities will include;
Monitoring, understanding, and analysing the impact of new and updated regulations and standards on company devices
Overseeing the standards compliance process - GAP analysis, technical review of products and generating action plans to ensure compliance
Overseeing the implementation of the above action plan
Working closely with Regulatory Affairs to understand changes to regulatory requirements and guidelines and how his will impact the compliance of company products
Ensuring procedures related to product compliance are adhered to
Working Hours
Monday to Thurs, 7.30am-4pm and Friday 7.30am - 1pm (these times can be flexible). Once you are established and working independently, there will also be the opportunity to work from home up to 2 days a week.

What is required to apply?
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Compliance Engineer or Regulatory Engineer role.
Experience working in the medical device industry with a working knowledge of medical device standards and regulations e.g. UK MDR, EU MDR, ISO13485, ISO 14971, BS EN 61010.
