£25000 per annum
Monday - Thurs - 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday - 8.30am - 1pm
Based In Oxford
Contract duration - 9 Months Fixed Term.
The Company - Customer Service Administrator.
My client is a leading provider of scientific technology products, systems and tools to the world's leading industrial companies and scientific research communities.
Key responsibilities - Customer Service Administrator.
Provide non-technical support to for engineers in the field, e.g. forward data, send parts.
Maintain schedule and keep informed of their workload.
Locate and obtain service spares required by engineers.
Monthly management reports KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
Monitoring, distributing customer enquiries.
Carry out additional tasks that may be requested by the company.
Conduct surveys for our customers - send and also analyse the surveys.
Keep to health and Safety policies at all times.
Maintain engineers and field engineer's utilisation at all times.
Experience required - Customer Service Administrator.
Accessibility of customer enquiries, files and data in a timely manner.
Effective, timely connection with other internal departments.
produce data/graphs by the deadline
Electrical/mechanical protocols writing.
Extensive product development working from conception through to completion.
Accurate location and maintenance of service records and information.
