Monday - Thurs - 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday - 8.30am - 1pm

Based In Oxford

Contract duration - 9 Months Fixed Term.

The Company - Customer Service Administrator.

My client is a leading provider of scientific technology products, systems and tools to the world's leading industrial companies and scientific research communities.

Key responsibilities - Customer Service Administrator.

  • Provide non-technical support to for engineers in the field, e.g. forward data, send parts.

  • Maintain schedule and keep informed of their workload.

  • Locate and obtain service spares required by engineers.

  • Monthly management reports KPI (Key Performance Indicators)

  • Monitoring, distributing customer enquiries.

  • Carry out additional tasks that may be requested by the company.

  • Conduct surveys for our customers - send and also analyse the surveys.

  • Keep to health and Safety policies at all times.

  • Maintain engineers and field engineer's utilisation at all times.

Experience required - Customer Service Administrator.

  • Accessibility of customer enquiries, files and data in a timely manner.

  • Effective, timely connection with other internal departments.

  • produce data/graphs by the deadline

  • Electrical/mechanical protocols writing.

  • Extensive product development working from conception through to completion.

  • Accurate location and maintenance of service records and information.
