Customer Service Administrator


A Customer Service Administrator with a background in the manufacturing inudstry is required to join a leading provider of scientific technology products, systems and tools to the world's leading industrial companies and scientific research communities.

Key responsibilities - Customer Service Administrator.

+ Provide non-technical support to for engineers in the field, e.g. forward data, send parts
+ Maintain schedule and keep informed of their workload.
+ Locate and obtain service spares required by engineers
+ Monthly management reports KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
+ Monitoring, distributing customer enquiries.
+ Carry out additional tasks that may be requested by the company.
+ Conduct surveys for our customers - send and also analyse the surveys.
+ Keep to health and Safety policies at all times.
+ Maintain engineers and field engineer's utilisation at all times.

Experience required - Customer Service Administrator.

+ Accessibility of customer enquiries, files and data in a timely manner.
+ Effective, timely connection with other internal departments.
+ Produce data/graphs by the deadline
+ Electrical/mechanical protocols writing.
+ Extensive product development working from conception through to completion.
+ Accurate Location and maintenance of service records and information
