CBSbutler have partnered with a World Leading Organisationin who have an exciting opportunity within their UK Cyber Defence team.
As a pivotal member of the UK Cyber Defence team you will be expected to lead the Threat Intelligence operation, you will be accountable for the strategic and operational sides of the business as well as provide insights that will be used to help shape the Global Cyber Strategy.
Key Purposes of this role include;
Lead the Cyber threat intelligence whilst continuing to shape the implementation of intelligence-led Cyber Security decision making
Become an active member of the Global Cyber Security Leadership team, provide important insights, drive pro-active mitigation & influence the security strategy.
Use soft-skills, personal judgement and experience to lead a team of high calibre Cyber Intelligence specialists.
The team you will be working alongside;
Pro-actively identify and take action against an array of Cyber Threats
Build and maintain a strong network of effective intelligence sharing arrangement to ensure connection to threats and changes across all sectors.
Manage & Develop Threat Intelligence platform. Provide Intelligence to Cyber Defence Analysts and platforms.
Provide Strategic Cyber Threat intelligence assessments
Full autonomy and accountability for leading the cyber threat intelligence team and managing performance against KPIs.
Leading proactive identification and tactical remediation of cyber threats.
Leading the production of strategic cyber threat intelligence assessments
Leading the coordination of tactical threat response local markets and group entities.
Ensure rapid mitigation of Cyber threats
Leading the continued development of internal relationships, including Corporate Security, Technology leadership and Cyber Security teams.
Defining and leading the global implementation of the cyber threat intelligence operating model, frameworks, skillsets, processes and tools.
Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in;
Practical experience in the cyber threat intelligence field. Able to demonstrate the creation of strategic cyber threat landscapes, operational intelligence, and tactical remediation of cyber threats.
Professional experience in cyber security, incident response, or information security.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and develop effective threat mitigation and response strategies
Creating coaching and learning environments. Knowing when to offer support to others and when to take personal accountability.
Creating strong working relationships, and engaging effectively, across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
Building and maintaining trusted strategic level intelligence relationships.

Ability to become DV security cleared (desirable).
