A Data Architect with experience of Master Data Management tools is required to join a global data analytics company to help increase their Data Management capabilities.
Role: Data Architect
As Data Architect you will be responsible for:
+ Defining the architecture and design within our projects delivering our data management capabilities across our key data entities
+ Ensuring that the architecture covers technical build components, infrastructure and can meet all functional as well as non-functional requirements
+ Ensure that all architecture designs go through the enterprise architecture governance process
+ Developing of enterprise data management standards and best practices and ensure the delivery team are following these
+ Provide oversight and input into our logical and physical data models
+ Design re-usage integration patterns for passing data in and providing enterprise access to our key data entities working closely with the integration architect
+ Understand and define reporting needs across the business over the top of our master data management solutions
Experience:
As Data Architect you will have experience of:
+ Degree qualified or equivalent in Computer Science or other relevant discipline
+ Experience in delivering Master Data Management solutions within an enterprise
+ Knowledge of data matching, merging and stewardship processes for single record of the truth
+ Data modelling skills
+ ETL and API knowledge for integration with MDM solutions
+ Jira & Confluence
+ SQL Skills
+ Presentation and influencing skills to provide designs and solutions to business or technology stakeholders
+ Must be a proactive team player that builds good working relationships across the business and technology
+ Business intelligence knowledge of designing solutions to support reporting capabilities with modern visualisation tools (eg Tableau)
