Rate: £200 a day

Location: Milton Keynes

Duration: Initially 2 months

Desktop Engineer: You will join a blue chipe consultancy on a project with their enterprise scale end client. The role will see you working on a variety of hardware, software and application incidents and requests as well as in-depth toubleshooting, resolving incidents and fulfilling Work Orders in line with SLAs

Your skills and experience

+ Full driving licence & own vehicle required

+ Proven technical skills within a Desktop environment

+ Ability to assess, interpret and apply known skills to a range of site based problems that may arise

+ Good understanding of Operating systems, network products and the most commonly used office software application packages

+ Significant practical Hardware break/fix experience, desktop, laptop, tablet and printers

+ Good Customer facing skills

+ Effective communication skills
