Digital Platform Technical Lead
+ 6 month initial contract
+ Remote based with travel to Manchester

Key Skills:
Significant client facing and technical leadership experience
Broad experience delivering application support and maintenance in an ITIL-based service management environment (Incident, problem, change and release etc)
Detailed web and mobile technology and systems architecture knowledge/awareness.
Domain expertise in Digital Asset Management using Celum DAM
Integrated infrastructure and application monitoring and alerting e.g. Dynatrace, Splunk, CloudWatch, ServiceNow
As part of our overall investment and growth strategy in the UK we are specifically recruiting a technical leader to work directly with a high-profile client in the day to day operation of a global web and mobile application for an exciting new opportunity.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise in the day-to-day operation and enhancement of high profile public facing web and mobile applications
Work directly on world-renowned client site, working collaboratively with client as required
Give technical direction to remote support and development teams
Provide guidance and share and grow knowledge in areas of specific domain expertise
Support key client events providing direct support and intervention to address arising issues
Implement and utilise appropriate monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure operational tranquility
Lead proactive service improvement and optimisation
Apply best practice solutions, mentoring more junior team members where necessary
Work with architects to determine the implications of technologies, methodologies and compliance requirements on current and future solutions
Contribute to proposal responses and business development activities as we continue to grow our business.
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
Significant client facing and technical leadership experience
Broad experience delivering application support and maintenance in an ITIL-based service management environment (Incident, problem, change and release etc)
Detailed web and mobile technology and systems architecture knowledge/awareness.
Domain expertise in Digital Asset Management using Celum DAM
Integrated infrastructure and application monitoring and alerting e.g. Dynatrace, Splunk, CloudWatch, ServiceNow
SAP Gigya authentication
DevOps environment knowledge and experience with AWS EC2, Lambda.
Agile working practices using Kanban and Scrum
Experience using Confluence and Jira
Ability to take the lead in customer facing engagements and build a single, shared understanding amongst participants through effective communication
Experience and ability to communicate with a range of audiences including leadership, clients, stakeholders and delivery team members.
Willingness to work on client-site and adjust working patterns as required to support key client events as necessary
Eagerness to influence how digital services are delivered and support our clients as they transform
Desirable Skills/Qualifications:
Media sector experience.
Wider development skills e.g. Java, .Net
Scripting and automation skills, familiarity with RPA would also be useful
