+ Remote based with travel to Hertfordshire

+ £600 to £650 per day

The Project:

+ A key objective for our CFO in 2022 is to oversee the implementation of a new Finance & Operations system across the whole estate (to include Europe). Replacing the existing system (JDEdwards) and consolidating 'other' associated support systems into one core solution.

+ The business conducted a full review, and chosen Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations. This fits well with the wider implementation of Microsoft products recently; Office 365, Power Bi, Share-point and D365 for HR (currently in trial for Europe).

The Role:

+ Lead and manage the cutover workstream for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

+ Create a detailed cutover strategy and plan to support the deployment and cutover phases across a range of applications

+ Work with Project, IT, Business team members and external applications to ensure aligned cutover plan across the organisation. In addition, to align on the sign off / acceptance criteria to confirm successful cutover

+ Working closely with the Data and Integration lead in overseeing the cutover and transition for go-live

+ Responsible for determining ramp-down and ramp-up plans and any change freezes that needs to be communicated - internal/external

Essential:

+ Experience of cutover leadership and execution in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

+ Experience of designing cutover strategies for multiple releases/projects.

+ Experience of getting into the detail of Data and Integrations as part of overseeing cutover

+ Experience in project management for meeting cutover objectives

+ Experience of executing cutover with multiple vendors and third-party integrations

+ Experience of working with Microsoft Azure DevOps.

+ Experience of working with RSAT

+ Whilst this is a remote project, the ideal candidate must be prepared/available to travel into Milton Keynes and Hatfield during Sep - Jan 2023, and especially as we prepare for go-live in January 2023.
