We are looking to speak with candidates who are from a Forensic background to join the team as an E-Discovery Specialist Consultant. You will be responsible for looking after the E-Discovery process, supporting end to end E-Discovery engagements across the whole lifecycle. You will be expected to provide consultation to the business regarding ESI for collections, processing and reviews of data. Key accountabilities and decision ownership
Support end-to-end eDiscovery engagements across the whole project lifecycle which include, identification, preservation, analysis and productions
Carry out day-to-day maintenance, reporting and related document and electronic evidence collection administration.
Working efficiently to ensure timely flow of electronic evidence collections for the business.
Provide consultation to the business regarding ESI for collections, processing and review of data.
Maintain chain of custody of evidence.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
Administer Nuix and Relativity for the use with internal and external teams
Experience with the use of a range of industry standard software and services to support business requirements such as EnCase, FTK, Nuix and Clearwell.
Assist and coordinate document production and understand key concepts of electronic discovery and EDRM model.
Manage the processing of data obtained from external firms into the in-house systems.
Maintain current knowledge of available E-Discovery and litigation support systems
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Technical understanding of utilising Nuix, Clearwell and Relatively
Proven Forensics background (SANs 508 and or CHFI)
