EMEA Field Service Manager - Capital Equipment

This position is focussing on ensuring efficient and effective delivery of servicing requirements to both domestic and international clients. This position requires an individual who is able to resolve client issues through superior client handling skills. This position will also primarily oversee Emergency Service, Contract Service, New Product Support, and Maintenance, in addition to Sales Support.
For this position you will need;
+ Significant experience with supporting complex capital equipment in a service capacity is essential.
+ BA, MA, BEng, MEng, MSc, BSc or PhD in Electronic Technology or Engineering
+ Experience with managing oversees Service teams
+ Ability to effectively manage both technical and administrative functions
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills (multi-lingual is a plus)
+ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
+ Working knowledge of Oracle workflow management systems or similar ERP system.
