An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Delivery Manager. Working for a market leading Defence organisation you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary engineering team in order to deliver highly complex Systems Defence Programmes.

Your duties:

• Lead a technical team consisting of Systems, Control Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Safety and V&V Engineers

• Lead and drive the implementation of Systems Engineering Processes on Programmes

• Be the senior technical interface for customers

• Ensuring the delivery of Project is on time and within budget

• Recruitment when needed within the Project

• Support with contracts / Bids and Proposals

• Ensure best engineering processes and procedures across the project lifecycle

• Always comply and ensure with company standards

Skills & Experience

• Engineering Degree

• Previous experience with the design, development, integration and V&V of highly complex electronic systems

• Strong Systems engineering background especially with systems requirements specifications techniques systems engineering processes

• Previous management experience, ideally of large multidisciplined team

• Previous experience delivering large complex Projects, across the full Project lifecycle

• Must be able to obtain "UK Eyes Only" Security clearance
