Role Description

Experienced exchange lead required to support the delivery of a complex new hybrid exchange infrastructure. The successful candidate will be a self starter capable of working unsupervised and driving results. Good communication skills and a positive approach are key. You will be required to work with internal and external resources to ensure the build of the environment is successful, whist giving direction and support to engineers.

Skills Required

Strong Technical leadership.

Previous exchange 2013/2016/ 2019 design experience.

Previous exchange 2019 Hybrid (Cloud/ On prem) delivery experience.

Expert level of knowledge in exchange 2019 hybrid build solutions.

Excellent knowledge of Active Directory.

Excellent Windows Server knowledge.

Experience of resource forest topologies and multiple on-premises Exchange organisations.

Understanding of PKI solutions.

Knowledge of Powershell scripting

Ideally experience of hybrid exchange migrations.

Good written skills, with experience in documenting and reviewing design documents.

Experience in writing of installation documentation and operation guides.

Experience in supporting testing and test sign off activities.

Awareness of development life cycles through testing, per-production and live environments.

Good communication skills.

Previous handover to support type activities.
