Export Administrator

EXPORT ADMINISTRATOR - Contract - 3 months - Berkshire

An Export Administrator with experience of Export Licensing and Control is required to join a global aerospace company to support a busy period of product export.

Role: Export Administrator

As Export Administrator you will have experience of:

+ Participating in and provide export control support to Contract Review meetings Pre-SAP Order entry and as required throughout the life of the order
+ Endeavour to ensure that business is at all times conducted in accordance with UK, EU, US and other Government Export Compliance Regulations as set out in Company procedure
+ Maintain and control metrics recording applications processed and status of applications, licence validities, timeliness of licence process and a knowledge base of issues and resolutions etc.
+ Assisting Export Licensing Officer to distribute and progress End User Undertakings
+ Report all detected violations or potential violations to the Principal Manager, Contracts and Compliance

Experience:

As Export Administrator you will have experience of:

+ Experience undertaking an export compliance role
+ A working knowledge of SAP order entry systems
+ Competent user of Microsoft Excel and Word
+ Experience organising and managing time pressures
+ Experience working directly with customers

+ Strong communication skills
+ Export Licensing and Control practitioner would be beneficial
