Facilities Site Manager
A cutting-edge renewable energy technology company are seeking a Facilities Site Manager to be part of the Facilities team taking ownership of business-critical facilities. To ensure infrastructure, utilities and facilities are provided reliably and safely to Manufacturing operations at site.
Key accountabilities - Facilities Site Manager
+ Maintain facilities at the Redhill site within budget and operational metrics.
+ Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met and maintained.
+ Develop cost reduction and efficiency improvement plans for all building services including energy saving initiatives.
+ Support with delivery of new plant infrastructure for manufacturing scale-up, changes in layout of manufacturing infrastructure.
+ Line management of facilities technicians when required including workload allocation, target setting, training and development.
+ Manage and instruct contractors for repairs, maintenance, and production support. Ensure contractors service level agreements match performance required for the business and maintain KPI's for key contract services.
Skills and knowledge required - Facilities Site Manager
+ Manage factory site facilities including all hard and soft services
+ Fault finding analytical and root cause analysis
+ Ideally Electrical and Mechanical understanding
+ Experience with TPM and a KPI driven environment
+ Experience of working with HVAC, BMS, clean room environments
+ Ideally IoSHH trained, NEBOSH or similar
+ Champions a safety culture and always leads by example for safe working
