A highly reputable, leading organisation specialising in electro-mechancial medical technology are seeking a well-rounded field service engineer who has a broad range of electrical and mechanical skills.

This organisation manufactures cutting edge technology within the medical industry, creating solutions for diagnostics and the treatment in ophthalmology and microsurgery.

Key accountabilities - Field Service Engineer - South East England

Covering the Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and London areas you will provide technical services and support to customers and colleagues regarding company products and solutions. Capable of diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, whilst being focussed on and fulfilling the customer's requirements and expectations.

• Repairing, installing, and servicing electro-mechancial medical technology equipment and software solutions

• Able to offer support both in person and remotely

• Accurately diagnosing and resolving technical issues relating to IT networks, servers, cloud based technologies and solutions

• Product and software modifications, updates, FCA's etc

• Being the point of contact for technical support to colleagues and customers

• Ensuring engineering documentation is completed with accuracy.

• Able to travel and stay away when required, to ensure works are carried out in the most efficient way

Experience required - Field Service Engineer - South East England

• Transferable electro-mechanical service and repair experience (medical experience is NOT essentail)

• A passion for computers/PCs/software/IT either as a hobby or professionally

• Good attention to detail

• Good customer service skills.

Package/benefits - Field Service Engineer - South East England

• Up to £35,000 basic

• Monday - Friday, 42.5hr/week, including travel.

• Up to 15% bonus - based on company and engineer performance. (Monthly reviews/support provided to help achieve bonus).
